Re: can't update my sims 4 game

@EA_Solaire I have the same problem and I have restarted both the app and the computer, cleared the cache, tried updating as an administrator, reinstalled the app and tried repairing but it crashed at 69% both times I tried. I also did the last things u said and nothing has worked.

I really dont want to delete and reinstall the game, it takes such a long time to download it with all the expansionpacks. Is there any other way to fix this?
