For now, I would playing another save where you don't have cc windows or just play iwth them the way they are. They still work as doors and windows, it just looks awful.

Once the files are updated, you can just replace the files you have now with the new ones. If s4studio comes up with a batch fix, you just run that on all your files and they'll all be fix (or at least hopefully most of them).

@nache11e Sims 4 studio is working on it. Don't delete anything as the batch fix will fix it. Just be patient. They are close to figuring out the code for the curved windows an arches.
