@ThatsSketchii When you added your mods folder back were all the mods and cc in it compatible with this new patch?

try this as a first troubleshooting step: remove your mod folder from the user folder, do a repair in Origin and create a new user folder by renaming your current one, then paste your saves into it. Don't move back your mods until you have made sure they are all updated.

@ThatsSketchii Just the folder called Mods located in the folder called The Sims 4, which is the user folder for the game (as opposed to the program files).

In it you have the third party additions, that might be the conflict resulting in this weird picture in CAS. There are a lot of cache you can delete in your user folder, and some files might get corrupted, so it is easier to just create a new user folder by renaming your old one, since the game will only read the folder called: The Sims 4.

When yopu have renamed the user folder  to for example The Sims 4original, you start the game, which will automatically create a new user folder in the same folder as your old one, Electronic Art  in Documents (wherever you now have My Documents folder). YOu can now into this folder copy paste the saves (found in saves folder). You need to redo your settings. Your builds and saved sims to Library are in the folder called Tray.

@ThatsSketchii  You only need to move the Mods folder: the point is to test with no mods or custom content present and go from there.
