Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Error messages with MSVCP140.DLL/VCRUNTIME140.dll

Hello! so I just updated the game Sims 4 and now it won't open up the game it keeps showing me a message saying that its a system error and  the code execution can not proceed because MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. I just started playing games on computer so im not sure what to do about this. Is there anyway to fix this problem?
