@taniyjaa Do you have the Sims 4 Create a Sim Demo downloaded? You will have to rename the demo's folder, since the EA app has issues making a difference between the normal Sims 4 folder and the CAS demo folder, and you might see that your packs are downloaded in the demo's folder.

i already tried that and i renamed it, and i checked if it has any packs in there but there were none. idk what to do

Hi all, I was having this exact same issue with highschool years (HSY) expansion. I followed above guidelines and found the folder for HSY in the demo folder and NOT in the game one. I copy and pasted the file Ep12 (hsy folder) to game folder and relaunched sims 4 and its working. Will now go and rename demo folder. Thought I would let those having same issue know that it worked.
Ps also tried everything else before I did this as another said including clearing cache which allowed me to redownload hsy
