@632988629871  Please search your computer for the City Living folder.  I'd like to see whether it installed at all, and if so, whether it's in the correct location.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP03 (CL was the third expansion released) in the search field in the upper-right corner.  This should turn up multiple results, and please make sure the full file path shows properly under each entry.  If not, expand the File Explorer window sideways as necessary.  Then use Windows key-shift-S to take a screenshot of the folder.

Please repeat the search for EP01 (Get to Work) and post a screenshot as well so I can compare the two.

I have the same question- none of my expansion packs are showing up in gameplay after re-installing sims 4. I have cleared the cache, restarted the computer, re-installed EA games. They all show up as downloaded in the library but then will not appear in the game. My expansion packs are seasons, get famous, and get to work. I tried searching the EP01 and it is not showing up anywhere. Any suggestions?

@632988629871  Please post screenshots.  I need to see where the EP01 and EP03 folders have landed, and yes, there should be more than one.

@ktjewels  Did you run the search like this?

    https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-PC/EA-App-claims-packs-are-installed-yet-they-are-not/m-p/12370661#M244949

If you didn't click This PC first, the search would have been limited to whichever subfolder was open or to the data within Quick Access.  And please keep in mind that the search can take a minute or two to finish.

You should absolutely have at least one EP01 folder even with only the base game installed: the program files also contain a folder with patch data for each pack.  But if you don't own Get to Work, please search for a pack you do own; you can find the full list here:

I got it! Thank you soo so much for your help. It took forever but finally the files were found in the sims 4 demo in a completely different area than the sims 4 game (origin vs EA). Was able to just move the folders over and so far has worked great! Thanks again so much, your advice has been a lot more helpful than others.
