Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

@Juliannasoccer  If you have the CAS Demo installed, please see this thread:

https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-PC/EA-App-claims-packs-are-installed-yet-they-are-not/td-p/12126024

Otherwise, please run a search for EP13 , which is the folder for Growing Together.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP13 in the search field in the upper-right corner.  Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.  If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.

@puzzlezaddict My sims 4 expansion packs are all now saying that I own them but when I go into my game none of them are there. It has almost been two weeks and still nothing has changed or gotten fixed.

@Juliannasoccer  Right, so the problem is that Growing Together is installed into the CAS Demo folder, not the correct Sims 4 folder.  If you have no use for the CAS Demo, just uninstall it; you could also simply delete its folder.  Then clear the EA App's cache:

    https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

Restart your computer, open the EA App game library, click Sims 4, choose Manage > Manage Add-ons, and find the Download button for Growing Together.

If you want to keep the CAS Demo, rename its folder and delete the EP13 folder inside it.  Then follow the same steps as above.

@Fallence  For your missing pack(s), please run the search described in the first post and provide a screenshot of the result.

@Fallence  If you're running the search correctly, at least one entry should show up for every single Sims 4 pack, even the ones you don't own.  So please make sure you're searching exactly as described.

If you still don't find any results, try downloading Everything (yes, that's the name) from VoidTools.  It's much more efficient at searching than Windows is, so running it shouldn't take as long, and results should be more complete.

If that doesn't help either, please list which packs you're missing.  Please also let me know where Sims 4 is installed.  Open the EA App game library, click Sims 4, then Manage > View properties, and you'll see it there:

@lashesforbats  I've merged your post with the master thread for this issue.  Please see the first post and accepted solution on page one.
