Heyy, I've been having the exact same problem and I have no idea on how to fix it. I tried restarting the game like it says on the EA website but nothing changed. Im honestly clueless. Did you figure it out by any chance?

Otherwise, please run searches for two or three of your missing packs. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter the folder name for one of the missing packs in the search field in the upper-right corner. This is the full list of packs:

For example, if you're looking for Seasons, you'd search for EP05 . Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here. Then repeat for one or two more packs.
I just don't understand how sending a screenshot of it will help me?
@Avly123 Sending a screenshot doesn't fix anything. But it does (usually) illustrate the problem, which makes fixing it easier. If you're not sure what information to provide, please see the first post on page one of this thread, the master thread into which I merged your post.
