Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

Hi,

I recently stumbled upon this issue with the sims 4 and it really seems hopeless. To put it shortly, my game was working just fine, until I recently bought The Sims 3. After I got it running (I had to install the Alder Lake patch, since I installed it before the recent update) I noticed that all the things I purchased on the EA app were gone, so I decided to look for a solution online. I read that for someone who had the same issue, rebooting the computer had resolved this problem, and it in fact seemed to do the trick. After I turned my computer back on and launched The Sims 4 and tried to resume my game, ALL of my packs were marked as "unowned" in the "load game" tab. What's weird is that in the "store" tab, all of the packs i bought (except the packs from the epic games promotion, and growing together which I pre-ordered) are showing up as "owned" and when I hover my cursor over one of them it says: "Download to use" (Sorry, I tried my best to translate it, since my game is in polish). When I Click "See more" on one of the "owned" packs, the grayed out button says: "you already own this pack", and the text in red says: "Requires The Sims 4 and all its updates. Check this pack's hardware requirements.", but when i click on one of the "unowned" packs, the red text is still there, but when I hover my cursor over the grayed-out button it says: "To buy this pack you need to buy The Sims 4 first!". I tried to look for solutions online, but nobody else is having this exact issue. I found someone having a similar problem on reddit, but they posted it like half a year ago and there were literally no responses. I can also add that I tried starting a new game and in fact none of the packs I have installed worked. Not even my cc worked. The only thing that did work, was the bonus sims 3 lamp, since I also have late night. I've literally tried everything: repairing the game (several times) and the EA app, uninstalling the game and installing it again (like twice(with and without sims 3 installed)), taking out my mods folder (and even the whole "The Sims 4" folder from "documents"). Note, that i had the same issue before and after the recent update. I even tried to run the game on my sister's low-end laptop and it worked perfectly fine. I'm really kinda losing my mind here, so please, HELP.

(PS: Sorry for my English, I'm not a native speaker. Also the screenshots are in polish, because the only languages we can play sims 4 in here are Polish, Czech and Russian.)
