Have you tired uninstalling and reinstalling the game? Or restarting your computer?
Sorry to hear this is happening, hope it gets resolved soon.

I just now saw this. Sorry. Thank you for responding! Yes, it says it's installed. But when I go to boot up my game it says I have none of the add on content. Repairing doesn\t seem to work. I have all of the add ons minus five kits left to buy. I don\t know why this is happening. It says it\s installed. Except for when I boot up my game and then it says missing content. The repair used to temporarily fix it after several repairs in a row. I bought the fairy expansion and it started all over again and now repairs don't seem to be doing anything anymore.
sixdeadqueens When this happens, do your packs show as installed in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons? And you say it keeps happening, so does this mean that repairing fixes it, albeit temporarily?
