Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

Ever since the newest update for the Sims 4 my packs have not been appearing in game. I checked they are all installed. In the pack selection screen it shows them as downloaded but it says "this pack is not available" when you hover over it, it is also greyed out. I have tried clearing cache, restarting my pc, re-installing the sims and nothing has worked. thanks.
