I have been trying to play TS4 since early this morning and keep getting this stupid error. I have updated EVERYTHING. Repaired the game. I run Windows 11 to the latest. Updated the game. Ran with and without mods. Already tried -Dx9. Ran this and got nothing DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth. Meets minimum requirements to run the game. Installed a more recent driver. Ran Windows key-R and "perfmon /rel"

NOTHING WORKS
