Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Unable to Start, Game Data Missing or Damaged

when Im trying to open the game, pops up a message that says "Unable to start. Cannot start because game data is missing or damaged" what should I do? Please help me.

PS. I havent installed mods or something else and I tried everything (clear the cache memory, uninstal ea etc.)
