Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Unable to Start, Game Data Missing or Damaged

Every time I try to launch TS4 from the EA app I get the same error and the game fails to launch. This is on Windows 11. 

Error text reads:  

Unable to start:

Cannot start because game data is missing or damaged. If you have Mods installed please remove them and try again. If not, please repair or reinstall the game via Origin.

I do not have any mods or CC installed and I haven't used them in the past. 

Things I have tried to fix this:

• Restart PC
• Uninstall/reinstall game w/ and w/out add ons 
• Uninstall/reinstall EA app
• Install game on different drives (drives have plenty of storage available)
• Reset cache on EA app
• Made security exception for EA app and game on antivirus
• Ensure GPU drivers are up to date

Any help with this issue greatly appreciated!
