Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Unable to Start, Initialization Error

I have an issue with The Sims 4 on PC (EA App).
The game works perfectly in English, but when I select Russian language, I always get "Initialization Error at Startup".

Important details:
- The game worked in Russian before for a long time on the same PC.
- Windows system locale and regional settings are correct.
- Reinstalling the game does not help.
- Repair does not fix the issue.
- The problem happens ONLY with Russian language.
- English works without any errors.

It seems the Russian language pack or entitlement is corrupted or not downloading correctly.

I kindly ask for:
- Forced refresh of entitlements
OR
- Manual reset of the Russian language pack on my account.
