What was the folder that I dont want my custom content in? should I delete the other one?

I'm sorry but I don't understand your question.
You only need the mods in the folder the game is using. That can be either the local one in documents or on OneDrive if you're using that.

Sorry @crinrict if my message was confusing, it was to me to, I was just wondering how to fix it, for example when I would go into sims, the custom content wouldn't be there and when I clicked the tiny arrow up the top where you can chose the feminine and masculine buttons and if you had any packs you could select which one you wanted, but there is also a custom content button in the content section and even that is not there. I made sure that the enable custom content button was still on, I also made sure there was no sub folders (basically everything you said) and it still doesn't work. I even checked if there was any corrupt folders and there is none! can someone please help me!
