@alex20809  Okay, then let's try this.  Find the path to the user folder as listed in-game.  List it for me here (in case I need to write out a command for you to run).  You can write [username] instead of your actual username, but leave the rest intact.  Then, for reference, open the Mods folder inside that same Sims 4 folder and post a screenshot of the contents.

    So I reinstalled the game on my D drive. When you go in the folder that I had installed the game in, the sims files are the only thing in there. I went into it and the only files that are there are expansion pack files for the world's. It acts like it's a brand new installed game yet when you go into the game all my custom content pops up as well as my saved file which wasn't moved over yet

    The program files do not contain your user files. Please use the posted description on how to find these. Reinstalling the game does not change the user files.
