What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them except the Cozy Bistro kit and Riviera Retret kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play with Direct x 11 activated.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game stops responding and after a few seconds it craches.
What do you expect to see? No freezing of my actions an no craching

Please describe the patch or change you made. When i use direct x 11 the game craches.
The game keeps craching even after the latest emergency update. It happens randomly when I click things in game and the game stops answering. Sometimes it craches and sometimes it snaps out of the lag and I can keep playing. I have just noticed that the craches happen much more freqrently when I use directX11. Without it craches happen once a year. With it, it happens every time I play almost every day.
I have tried without mods, same thing happens then.
