This pack has nothing to do with this. Go to the game folder - Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims4 and delete localthumbcache.package file. The game will recreate this file but without saved errors
Fix the game in Origin.
Origin/Library, right click on TS4 - option "repair game".
You can try moving this family out of this lot and back to reset them or take them to CAS - it also will reset them.

By the way, if you have any mods move the mods folder to the desktop and try without it.
