I thought I could handle it by making a second account and donate

the stuff she wants, but without success.

I can't even put her in my friends list because i can't see or find her.

The parental email does'nt open doors either.

Underage accounts have several restrictions as they are not allowed to go online. Even if you have access to her account, you can't buy download content.

Best thing to do is go to Amazon and buy a game key there. She can then redeem that on her account.
