Re: EA not showing up in Documents Folder

@SimSeeker  You'll need to start the game once to find the user folder.  And be sure to check both Users > username > Documents and Users > username > OneDrive > Documents.

    Hello,

Sorry for the late reply. I did fix that issue by uninstalling Google Drive last week. I did put in another of the same issue, now that I got my laptop back. However, this time I did uninstall OneDrive before I installed the EA app. But the same thing happened. I did go into what you suggested, but on my end there is no Documents and Users after I went to Users> Username> There is only Documents.

But I did find a OneDrive folder in Username and deleted it. But it still didn't fix the issue.

@SimSeeker  Have you started Sims 4 once on this computer?  The Electronic Arts folder isn't created until the game loads for the first time.

Your screenshot looks like it's of the Program Files folder.  That particular Electronic Arts folder contains the program files for the EA App and has nothing to do with Sims 4.

If you want to be sure that your computer's Documents directory is in the correct location, search in Windows for Command Prompt, open it, and enter this command:

reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders" /v "Personal"

This will return the location of the Documents directory, which should be C:\Users\your username\Documents.  If it's anything else, let me know.
