No problem here you go:
@foallowjr Your dxdiag doesn't contain any Windows error reports at all, which is odd. Did you recently install a Windows feature update, or run a repair install, or do a clean OS install? If not, do you use a cleaner app that might be deleting this data? It's difficult to diagnose a problem without some kind of error, so if you are using a cleaner app, please disable or uninstall it for now.
One thing your dxdiag does show is that the driver for your VB audio device (maybe speakers?) is very out of date and possibly not compatible with Windows 11. So try disconnecting that device. If that alone doesn't help, disconnect every peripheral except your mouse and keyboard, restart your computer, and try again.
If you get another crash, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 crash, with the peripherals disconnected. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.

@foallowjr The first error is pretty generic and thus not helpful. The second is a crash of a component of the Nvidia graphics driver. The third has multiple causes, but the most common one these days is overclocked hardware.
I would start with the GPU: if you've overclocked it, or you're using GeForce Experience's built-in overclocking tool, revert to stock speeds. If that doesn't help, do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, as described here:
If that doesn't help, and in particular if you see another error that lists python37_x64.dll, please look for a BIOS update for your motherboard. I can't tell from your dxdiag which board you have, but if you want me to look for updates, just list the exact model. If you can look yourself, your current BIOS version is 2204.
The issue here is that for this generation of Intel CPUs and the overclocking boards that run them, the default settings for the CPU and sometimes the RAM can be somewhat unstable. Updates are rolling out to fix the problems, but not all boards have them yet. So if you can't find a newer BIOS version, or you update but it doesn't fix the python37_x64.dll errors, please disable XMP and CPU Turbo Boost in BIOS. XMP is easy to find and is a single button; Turbo Boost may be well-hidden within Advanced settings and could be called something slightly different.
