I'm having a similar problem but my code is 102:5924646b:15a73dd6.  I get this error code when I try to open a lot and the map view glitches as well with the families not being visible.

    @mlbynum I moved your tech cause you have a different error.

    Are you using mods/cc in your game at all ? DId you test without ?
