Yes exactly. I was facing problems with my last computer and I made the process of saving my save files and reinstalling it right after and everything was fine. However, now that I changed, there is a problem.

Hey I've been having the same problem, haven't played sims in a long while, so downloaded origin and sims 4 again had to also download the legacy edition, I read through a lot of feeds and copied and pasted my original saves and tray, I've never used any additional mods or custom things within it. Every time I try to access my households it comes up with 'The game failed to load. Error code: 811 It is recommended that you relaunch the game'. I have reset to factory settings and started a new game and it works fine but when I put my saved game in it still has the error.

EA StaffI'm not seeing the issue with the saves that you sent.
1. Are you seeing the issue while the Mods folder is empty? (\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods\)
2. What DLC packs do you have installed, if any?
I uploaded some screenshots of my sims 4 folders to the OneDrive link I sent, that you can still access. I have no mods and only sims 4 legacy edition and sims 4 holiday celebration pack. I checked it to see if I still have the issue and I do.
EA StaffLooks like I can only reproduce this using Legacy Edition. Unfortunately, Legacy Edition will not be receiving regular updates.
Do you have a computer that can run the standard 64-bit version of Sims 4? If so, you can transfer your saves and continue them on that version of the game. Otherwise, you may just have to start a new game on Legacy Edition.
