Well, I guess an easy way is to go to your old game, open it up, and re-save all the families you want to move, exit the game, and then move the files that has today's date on them (sort by newest). Or you could open the old game, delete all families you don't want to take with you, and copy the whole tray folder. Or you can move all the sims and then remove them in your new game if that computer is faster. The last way is to download a third party program (at your own risk) that analyses your tray, The Sims 4 Tray Importer. I use it to remove cc I don't want or need anymore, if you download it from the creator (L'UniverSims) it's safe.
