@firequeen76  For the Sims Delivery issue, please try the suggestions here:

The only difference is the exception should be for TS4_DX9_x64.exe if you're running the default DirectX 9 version of the game.

If that doesn't help, try disabling your antivirus, temporarily of course, to see whether it makes a difference.

    @puzzlezaddict Thank you for trying to help. I have been working with my antivirus, Kaspersky, I even turned it off and loaded the game, and no difference. Still getting an error code. As far as I know windows defenders is not on. So I am not sure what else to do. I will keep trying. Thank you
