I didn't have the problem with my mods folder removed. The game works without it, and I am slowly reintroducing my favorite mods to see what the problem package is. Probably something lot related.

I suspect UIC Extention mod. It is broken, but there is a new version@kreatoraI have confirmed this is what is breaking my game (UI Cheats Extension). But I can't find an update.
