@signer126  Please try playing a new save in a clean user folder, for comparison.  Move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a new folder will spawn with no content.  Don't add anything to it yet; just start a new save and let me know how it runs.

If the new save is fine, copy one of your existing saves from the old Sims 4 folder to the new one and see how it does.

If you see the same issues in the new save, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
