@roflitsval This is a good place to ask questions. Once reviewed it will be move if necessary.
A few basic questions.
Are you on PC/MAC or console?
Do you have any kind of mods or custom content in your game?
If you do then please remove your mods folder and delete cache files.
If you have an existing save game you want to keep move that as well.
Begin a brand new game to see if issues are resolved.
Please post in this thread if this resolved your issue.

- @EuphorialQueen asking at the links I posted is better because then all the issues in game are not hidden in general feedback- they are in the correct (bugs/ tech issues) place for all to see.
