@anadultsimmer  Are you using the EA App?  If so, try using Origin instead.  If that alone doesn't help, or you're already using Origin, try repairing the game: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

You can have both the EA App and Origin installed on your computer; you just can't run them both at the same time.  If you get an error when trying to launch Origin, open the Task Manager and kill the EABackgroundService.exe, or restart your computer.

    @puzzlezaddict Thanks for the assist! I was having the same problem using the EA App (no packs showing as owned). I switched to Origin and I was good to do. Didn't even have to repair my game.
