Re: get famous features not in game, despite owning the pack and having it installed

@aliciafoxqueen  Please clear the EA App's cache:

and repair the game: open your game library, hover over the Sims 4 icon, click the three dots, and select Repair.

If that doesn't help, go into the game's program files, which are located here by default in an EA App install:

Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4

Look for an EP06 folder (Get Famous was the sixth expansion released).  If it's there, delete it, clear the EA App's cache again, and redownload the pack.  If it's not there, please let me know.  And to be clear, this isn't about the EP06 folder inside Delta but rather the folder inside the main Sims 4 folder.
