@YourCalypso When you right click on the desktop of a laptop with dual graphics you will get the utility for the graphics chip in use at that time. So if the gaming chip is not activated you will get the less powerful chip. Adding a chip to the Sims 4 game is different from the way you add cards to Sims 3. All you have to do is add the chips info to the GraphicsCards.sgr file with the proper capabilities. This file can be edited with notepad. I recommend making a backup of that file BEFORE you try to edit it.
