@puzzlezaddict I didn't touch any settings for TS4. My settings are on ultra (see first photo attached) - Edge scrolling & everything on high or very high. As for the graphics card for my pc the intel Iris Xe I looked at the microsoft support website and it said to install the beta version of the intel graphics command center if the games option didn't show up in the command center i had on my pc to add games & edit graphics. it didn't help at all. I contacted Microsoft support for the graphics issue, they troubleshooted ts4 & told me to uninstalled the beta version of the graphics command center & uninstall TS4 & reinstall TS4. They told me it would improve the graphics but it didn't. The graphics card (not much to set, can't actually access much see second photo attached) is set for high performance for TS4 but it still looks jagged or choppy. I added a third photo of what my games looks like now my sim when zoomed out or in looks blurry around them ( not only for sims but anything, the view, objects, & sims looks blurry when zooming out worse than before) & with the troubleshoot microsoft did, still looks the same. I also use some setters from simp4sims that made my game a bit better for quality but i don't know what to do to get rid of the jagged lines and some blurriness when I zoom out a bit. It wasn't like this a few days ago, my graphics looked better than my old pc but now it looks worse. Not sure exactly what to do now.
@SweetVirgo23 The control software you're looking for is a separate app packaged with the graphics driver, not the Windows graphics settings. But I don't know what's actually on your computer or what options it has. Instead, try downloading the Intel Graphics Command Center from the Microsoft Store. This should give you more options than whatever is built in.

When you install it, restart your computer, then open the Command Center, find Sims 4, and start playing with the anti-aliasing settings. It might take some experimenting to get exactly the right settings; I can't really tell you which would be best on an Intel Xe machine. Please test with in-game Edge Smoothing on and off—this setting might enhance or interfere with the Command Center settings.

@puzzlezaddict I have this app but it doesn't have the game options (photo attached below) In home it's supposed to have a separate tab for the games section but mine doesn't show for some reason that's why i had the beta version that was recommend from microsoft, which has the game tab but it didn't help at all i didn't see a change in graphics despite tweaking the settings in the beta version of the app. Is there another way I could do this or make that game tab show up in the app or fix the graphics setting if the games options doesn’t show?

@SweetVirgo23 Try Arc Control instead.

I looked at this on the Microsoft website it says that if I install this, it would remove the custom graphics that comes with my pc. I will look into this and decide. It also says in the website that since my pc is hop to check the go website to see if I can update the driver, which I did but the graphics still looks blurry & choppy. The graphics is up to date & it says it is the best one for this pc right now.
