Re: Growing Together not showing up in game

i called and waited about 15 minutes, after they confirmed my email and that the purchase was indeed on my account they told me to "wait for a while" and "they are aware of the issue, a lot of people are having it, and they are working on it asap" standard reply stuff. at least they were able to confirm my order for me, but i'm still waiting and seeing. 

Hey! I had the same problem! I deleted the EA app, repaired the app which you can do when you install, and then re-installed the EA app and that worked for me

I wish I can get my hands on their customer service number, because I've been trying to find it all day. Google isn't any help come in it's nowhere to be seen on their help center page, although I am visually impaired so I could have missed it.

  It makes me sad to think that EA does not care a bit about people who are visually impaired or accessibility features.

I'm not sure where the customer service number is but I do know if you go to ea support they give the options to chat or have them call you

@Asims242I tried going to EA support, but I'm visually impaired and I didn't see the number there anywhere. The print could have been too light or to smile for me to see

I’m having the same issue, as well but also, the exact same thing happened when I bought the high school years ep. Fortunately and unfortunately, repairing my game worked to get High School Years to show up. However, it took 3 hours to do so. This time around, the Growing Together ep is doing the same thing HSY did but repairing the game isn’t working. I’m going to uninstall the app and see if it shows up.

Edit: I did an uninstall of the EA app and it’s still not working. The app is literal garbage. Origin never did this. I’m so pissed off right now.
