@mariax16 The EA App doesn't have a setting to change languages. You'll need to reinstall Origin, if you don't still have it:
Open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, select Game Properties > Advanced Launch Options, then choose Norwegian from the dropdown menu. Origin should download the appropriate language strings while automatically repairing the game.
You can then go back to the EA App, or at least I think it should respect your new language setting.
