@Kole27  Repair the game using whatever launcher installed it.  In the EA App, open your game library, click Sims 4, and select Manage > Repair.  In Steam, open your library, right-click the Sims 4 tile, and select Properties > Local files > Verify integrity of the game files.  Either way, this will revert all the game files to their default states.

You can also delete these folders, if you haven't already, in which case the repair will download fresh copies.
