Re: how do I make a deskstop shortcut for the Sims 4?

@Tropical1ce  If you're trying to make a desktop shortcut, please open these folders in succession:

Program Files(x86) > Origin Games > The Sims 4 > Game > Bin

Then right-click on the TS4_x64.exe inside the Bin folder, and select Send to > Desktop.

If you're trying to do something else, please describe what that is and where you're stuck.  If you don't see TS4_x64.exe, please take a screenshot of what you do see and attach it to a post.

@itza_noelle  If you've installed the game through the EA App, the default location is this:

    C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Game\Bin

You can also search "This PC" for TS4_x64 , which will exist somewhere if you can run the game (in Windows) at all.

Since this thread is somewhat old, I'll lock it here.
