This didn't work for me, no buttons appear next to the expansion packs when click "Manage Add-Ons".

@kikiwest101 There aren't supposed to be any options under Manage add-ons if the packs are already installed, as yours are. You'd need to delete them and then try one of the suggestions in post 2.
