Re: how to change the language in sims 4?

I from Ukraine, my language in my profile - English - because you didn't give us any other option. But my game downloaded in EA app is in Polish! I can't change it and I barely understand that I reading there. 
We had problem like this with russian but now - we don't get even English. Reinstalling - not helping. Download via Steam with language option - game is not even starting. Why you can't do anything right for everyone? We as Ukrainians still see russian rubles in your store, didn't get our language (biggest country in Europe). 

UPDATE: Wow, I find the way to change - but only to russian, Czech or Polish - not even Enlgish and of course not Ukrainian.
