Re: How to get access to my expansion packs

@Readsbyella  Just to be clear, when you say you found the account where you made the purchases, are you signing into this account now, or a different one?  Only the account that made the purchases will be able to access the content.   As in, you'll need to use that same email address to sign into the EA App, and the content should show up in your game library.

    Hi Puzzleaddict,

Yes I am logged in on the same account at the moment that the purchases were made from. That was how I could check the purchase history and saw the purchases made for the expansion packs. I will re download the original gameplay and check and see if the packs are still there. Fingers crossed they are. Thank you for your help. Is the EA App the same or similar sort of program like Origin was?

@Readsbyella  The EA App is supposed to work like Origin, except better.  The reality is it works like Origin, except worse.  There's not much that can be done about its issues from the player side either.

Within the EA App game library, if you click Sims 4 and select Manage > Manage add-ons, you should see all the packs you own and be able to download any that aren't already installed.  Please post a screenshot of what you find there, and also list the packs that you've purchased but don't see.

Additionally, please go back to your purchase history on ea.com and look for any refunds, full or partial, for Sims 4 content.  Let me know what you find.
