@Pinkvelvet98  You might get lucky and have a second copy of your Sims 4 folder in OneDrive, so check there.  You'd be able to copy your saves and paste them into the folder you're looking in now, and they should show up in the game just fine.

If you don't use OneDrive or it doesn't have a copy of your saves, there may not be anything you can do.  But you can try searching your hard drive for any stray save files.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, then enter Slot_* (with the asterisk) in the search field.  That should turn up saves anywhere on your computer.

If you can't find the saves in a search though, you're unfortunately out of luck.  Going forward, it's a good idea to periodically back up your saves folder, preferably to an external drive or cloud storage, so you never lose everything again.
