These files are in the Tray folder but you will have a problem recognizing them. Sim files have the word "household" but there is no sim name.
To extract these files and pack them it is best to use the TrayImporter program. This is a program only for Windows and will not work on a Mac. You must look for a link to this on Google because on this forum we cannot provide links to such programs.
Another way is to move the Tray folder to the desktop when you want to create something to be packed and sent. After starting the game a new empty Tray folder will be created and when you save the sim in this folder only its files will be saved.
After completing the operation, rename this Tray to Tray1 and paste the old Tray folder from the desktop into the game folder.
