@HowlsCastle25  With the caveat that I know nothing about cloud gaming, does it make a difference whether you have the game in fullscreen or windowed mode on your laptop?

And so I'm clear, you're playing the PC version of Sims 4, right?  (I really know nothing about this service other than what I read just now.)  If so, what in-game graphics options do you normally have?  Can you click the three dots in the upper-right corner to bring up the menu, or does that not work either?
