@taratara549 You're running the Legacy Edition of Sims 4, which doesn't support any packs released after October 2019. If you're not sure whether your computer can run the standard version, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

If you are in fact stuck with the LE, you can request a refund from EA customer support. Even though Sims 4 packs are usually not eligible for refunds, support often makes an exception in this case.
