The Sims 4 Mac has the same language options of PC. So there is a version for Chinese, and as PC we do Traditional Chinese.
Are you not getting that option?

I also contacted 2 customer service staffs and both of them said it doesn't have Chinese version.
Are you located in China and bought the game there ?
