@swhite1995 What do you think of this one? It's $310, it's new, it has enough RAM and storage for Sims 4 and a decent-enough processor and graphics chip that you should be able to play with all current packs installed.
There are also some open-box options listed, but those will depend on your location.
These two refurbished options have the same hardware and just differ by model and screen type and size:
The first one is the better option because it's new, but if you're going for a refurbished model, any of these will be fine. You'll notice they all run Windows in S mode, so you'll need to "upgrade" to Home before you can install Sims 4. But this is simple and can be done in a few clicks.
