@NoraCat2 Sorry for your frustration. If you have no option to extinguish the fires and you have no sprinkler system you will probably need to either let it burn itself out and repair what's left (you have to repair/replace any objects burned after a fire regardless), leave the game without saving, or force quit if it is frozen. You could try to roll back to the most recent save/version and try a repair if it is still buggy.
