this looks either like a graphics card issue or a mod/cc issue
Are you using mods/cc ? If so, try removing them
If not, could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
To gather a DxDiag on your computer, please follow the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
You can attach the txt file to your post directly.
No mods and I can't get the DxDiag because I can't get passed step one of the instructions you provided

Your Graphics driver are many years out of date. Please update at AMD.
How do I do that? Also the menu is the only location that this issues happens.
Just click where it says Drivers and Support. Go from there.
