does your Sim hate children ? I think that's the only reason they get the sad moodlet when finding out they're pregnant. I also don't think they throw up all the time in Sims 4. They did in Sims 3 but afair, far less in Sims 4.

To be sure it's not your cc, it's best to remove it and test without.
