@CaitSims96 I've split your post into its own thread because your issue appears to be entirely different than the one covered in the other thread. (All users who provided information had Windows 7 and very old graphics drivers, whereas you have W11 and an updated driver, and the EA App is crashing rather than Sims 4 refusing to open.) Feel free to edit the thread title to better fit your issue.
Since the EA App is crashing, please uninstall it with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine), using the Intensive scanning mode if asked. Restart your computer before reinstalling the App.
If that doesn't help, please disable NoiseCancellingEngine.exe, either in the Task Manager (perhaps in the background processes list) or as described here:

The service is crashing repeatedly and may be interfering with Sims 4.
